Saifullah is involved in the firm’s contentious and non-contentious practice since being enrolled as an Advocate, he has been representing clients before various forums as well as advising corporate entities on corporate and commercial matters.
Saifullah has appeared on behalf of client’s before various forums including inter alia, High Court of Sindh, District and Sessions Courts at Karachi, Malir and Thatta, Sindh Consumer Protection Court, Sindh Labour Courts, Anti Terrorism, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board.
Saifullah advises companies on corporate governance matters and regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). He is also an authorized Intermediary with the SECP and performs company secretarial functions on behalf of various clients.
Saifullah has drafted numerous contracts including but not limited to shareholders agreements share purchase agreements, franchise agreements, employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, etc. He has also filed numerous applications for registration of intellectual properties and has drafted and registered with the relevant sub-registrar documentation pertaining to transfer of property.
In addition to the above, Saifullah is also a member of the Board of Studies, Faculty of Lawof Ziauddin University and conducts sessions on the prevailing company laws of Pakistan.
Amna has an experience of 21 years in litigation related to Aviation Banking, Competition & Consumer Protection, Customs, Drug Laws, Intellectual Property and National Accountability Law. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of Pakistan the High Court of Sindh, Customs Appellate Tribunal, Intellectual Property Tribunal, Labour Courts and Consumer Courts as well as other quasi-judicial forums. Moreover Amna has appeared before the High Court of Sindh in over 400 cases.
She has represented main players of the International Pharaceutical Companies, National and Foreign Banks and Multi Nationals in matters pertaining to Patent, Infrigement, Drug regulations, Counterfeiting recovery suits and has also represented individuals in family matters, defamation and damages suits. Her reported casesare a testament of her success as a litigator.
In addition to the above, Amna has also taught at Business Law to MBA Students at the Karachi School of Business and Leadership.
Haroon specializes in commercial litigation especially dealing with constuction contracts agreements of all commercial nature, Customs matters, Intellectual Property, Arbitration and Corporate Advisory.
Since the begining of his practice, Haroon has been regularly engaged in litigation before different courts and tribunals which has given him the necessary advocacy skills and knowledge in variety of practice areas. Furthermore he has also experience representing clients in arbitration claims. Haroon has also advised numerous corporate clients ranging from construction firms to educational institute in respect of FIDIC clauses construction claims and recoveries, compliances of contractual terms securities, etc
Musharraf, specializes in Criminal Law, Property Law, Family Law, Commercial Law, Cyber Law, Maritime and Shipping Law. He has been litigating in the High Court of Sindh and Balochistan, District Courts, Special Tribunals, NAB Courts and Special Courts etc. He has been the Investigating Officer and legal advisor for the Consulate Republic of Germany Karachi. He has been lecturer of Criminal Law, European Law and Commercial Law at University of London International Programme L’ecole for advance studies.
